Challenge and objective
Kalomira Services, a professional cleaning company in Bucharest and Ilfov (sofas, mattresses, carpets, via hot extraction with eco products), was starting without a professional online presence. It needed not just a website, but the entire digital infrastructure behind it: professional email, lead capture, GDPR compliance and tracking, ready from day one.

The implemented solution
We built the site from scratch on Next.js 14 (App Router, TypeScript), with automatic deployment on Vercel, and set up all the infrastructure behind it: email, GDPR, tracking and lead automation. Not just a pretty site, but a digital foundation the business can grow on.
A Next.js site with 8 pages (homepage with hero video, services list and individual service pages, pricing, about, contact, legal pages), on-page SEO per page (metadata and local keywords, fonts with correct diacritics, optimised LCP), verified in Google Search Console. Infrastructure: Google Tag Manager + Google Consent Mode v2 fully implemented, a custom GDPR Cookie Consent with 4 categories, professional email on Google Workspace (contact@kalomira.ro, with MX, DKIM, SPF and DMARC) and transactional email on Resend (noreply@kalomira.ro). Lead capture: the form sends a branded internal notification to the team and an automatic confirmation to the client. Plus full design polish: responsive navbar and footer, floating WhatsApp button, scroll animations.
The result
Live in production on kalomira.ro: a professional site and a complete digital infrastructure, ready to grow. Professional and transactional email working, GDPR compliant (Consent Mode v2 verified, denied to granted), GTM tracking ready for GA4 and Meta Pixel, and leads reach the team automatically with a client confirmation. The next steps (GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads) already have the infrastructure in place.
