Challenge and objective
Expert Imob, a real estate agency in Moreni, needed a website to publish its properties for sale and rent, with one clear condition: to be able to add, edit and manage them on their own, without depending on a developer for every new listing.

The implemented solution
We built a self-managed listings system: the client adds, edits and removes properties on their own, with photos, price and details (rooms, baths, area, floor). We structured the offer around the visitor's intent (buy or rent) and around property types (apartments, land, commercial spaces).
A complete real estate site: property pages (all, sale, rent), individual property pages with gallery and details, a dedicated section for the new residential complex, client reviews, a mobile-ready presence and a connected request form. All managed by the Expert Imob team, without a developer for each property.
The result
Live on expertimobmoreni.ro since 2024. The client manages its entire property portfolio on its own, from apartments and land to commercial spaces and a new residential complex, and publishes new listings in minutes, without waiting on a developer.
